Neil's away in Tofino again (lucky so-and-so) and the kids and I have had to fend for ourselves food wise. Last night I produced these rather tasty homemade meatballs and thought I would tease Neil about what he's been missing while he's away and post some photos on our blog. They're made with a touch of cumin and paprika and lots of fresh coriander and flat leaf parsley. Served with a chopped tomato and chili sauce they taste so light and delicious. Then I remembered that he's been eating breakfast lunch and dinner at Breakers....errrm he probably won't be that impressed with my meatballs after all.
And one not so happy customer whose only comment was "don't wike meatballs."
Oh well you can't please everyone!
